В квартире стойкий запах табака. Полы грязные, песок на полу, веника или пылесоса нет чтобы хоть самим убраться. А ванной болтаются крепления душевой лейки, стиральная машина непонятно чем испачкана, стирать в такой не рискнули, полотенце видавшее виды - потрёпанное. На кухне не лучше, варочная панель с пригоревшей едой. Пыль на тумбочке под телевизором. Потолок натяжной с дырой в гостиной. Отсутствует фен. Несмотря на наличие закрытой территории нет возможности парковать автомобиль.
